Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to businesses that would like to apply to be listed on our website:

1. On successful application, BizPages CC (hereafter referred to as "we") undertake to host the client's information on our website (www.bizpages.co.za) for a period of 6 months.
2. After 6 months, and every period of 6 months thereafter, the contract will automatically be renewed for another 6 months unless the client informs us in writing that the contract should be cancelled. Such notice should be given before the end of the 6 month period.
3. We retain the right to deny any application which we deem inappropriate for the website.
4. We retain the copyright to all information published on the website.
5. Although every effort is taken to ensure that the website is running continuously, it cannot be guaranteed due to situations such as power outages, server upgrades, etc.
6. You will automatically be subscribed to the BizPages newsletter.
