Overview Gambling activities in South Africa is overseen by the National Gambling Board (NGB) and the various provincial gambling boards. The National Gambling Board is operated under the National Gambling Act, 1996 (Act 33 of 1996) and the National Gambling Act, 2004 (Act 7 of 2004).
